SHIPPING & FAQ's

Shipping & Processing Policy 

Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. 

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: 

  • We ship Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm CST, excluding holidays. UPS & FedEx deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. 
  • Neither UPS or FedEx deliver to PO Boxes. 
  • Orders received after 3pm are processed the following business day.
  • Shipping rates will be based on delivery distance and the weight of the package being shipped. 
  • Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, typically going out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. 
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. 
  • Out of state shipments will not be charged sales tax. All orders shipped to Illinois addresses will be charged sales tax. 
  • International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in USD.
  • We have a zero return policy. All sales are final.

 

Shipping Confirmation Emails 

We will send you a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.


Can I Cancel My Order?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
